My own songs are at the core of the new Midnight Band project. An eclectic mix of influences – jazzy, funky, soulful grooves with acoustic and electric elements. Plus interpretations of songs by some of my favourite singers – a little John Martyn, Robert Cray, Donald Fagen perhaps, as the mood takes us!
